Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
In most cases we will ask you to send a sample of the product clearly showing the fault, along with all the product labels – it should not be necessary to return all of the faulty product.
Please note: You should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging and you should not throw away the product labels until you have finished decorating. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.
Please note: Should you wish to return an item that is in a non-eligible condition for a refund, we will hold the item for up to 7 days and collection must be arranged at your own expense. Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate or offer shipping for this directly, however, our Customer Service team is more than happy to discuss the options available.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or any opened rolls.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
