Shipping policy
Delivery options and prices are calculated at checkout.
For most non-sample items we offer a next-day delivery service to the majority of UK addresses. Once you enter your delivery address, the checkout will show the services available to you. If next-day delivery is not available for your address, a standard delivery option will be offered instead.
For UK orders placed with next-day delivery before 14:00 (UK time), we aim to dispatch the same day on a next-day service, so your order is due the following day (including Saturdays and Sundays for eligible postcodes). Orders placed after 14:00 will usually be dispatched the next day.
For standard delivery, typical timescales for UK orders are up to 3–7 days from dispatch, but this will vary depending on location and the delivery service selected at checkout.
International delivery times vary by destination. Indicative timescales are shown at checkout once you have entered your address. For international orders, our services are generally shipped on a duties and taxes paid basis, meaning import duties and taxes are collected at checkout where applicable so you should not usually be charged additional fees on delivery.

Orders for fabric are bespoke and may take up to 10 working days to be dispatched.
International Fabric Delivery
We now ship worldwide! Delivery & shipping for orders outside the UK will be calculated at checkout.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for fabric as it is bespoke and printed to length.
All non-sample orders are sent on a tracked service where tracking is available from the carrier. A tracking link (or reference) will be included in your dispatch email where this is supported by the courier. You can use this link to check the status of your delivery and, where the courier offers it, add delivery instructions such as leaving the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, or rearranging to a different day. Not all couriers support all options and we cannot guarantee that any specific instruction will be followed, but it will be passed to your local delivery depot where the service allows.
By placing an order, you agree that we may share your name, address, email address and telephone number with our delivery partners solely for the purpose of delivering your order and providing delivery updates or queries.
Unless a signed-for service has been specifically agreed with you in advance, our standard delivery services do not require a signature. By placing an order on these services you authorise us and our couriers to deliver your parcel to your address, to a neighbour, or to a reasonably secure location at or near your address (a “safe place”) if you are not available to receive it. This may include, for example, a porch, shed, garage, enclosed lobby or letterbox/mailbox where appropriate.
Once the courier’s tracking confirms that your order has been delivered to your address, to a neighbour you have nominated, or to a safe place you have nominated or chosen by the courier we will treat the order as delivered and the risk in the goods will pass to you, in line with UK consumer law. If you need a signed-for service or have specific delivery requirements and do not want your parcel left in any safe place, please contact our Customer Service team before placing your order so we can advise you on the options available.
If you are not comfortable with your goods being left with a neighbour or in a safe place, it is your responsibility to let us know before ordering and/or to use the courier’s tracking portal (where available) to adjust delivery preferences, such as specifying a different day when you will be at home or nominating a particular safe place.
Sample-only orders are dispatched via a range of postal and courier services and may travel on tracked or untracked services. Sample orders placed before 14:00 are usually dispatched the same day - orders placed after this time will be dispatched as soon as possible, normally the next day. Typical delivery times for UK samples are 3–7 working days. International sample orders may take longer depending on destination and local postal services.
